This notice explains how Next Step Forward uses information submitted through this website.
What you share
The inquiry form collects your name, email address, and any phone number, brokerage or team name, service interests, and project details you choose to provide. Please do not include identification images or numbers, confidential client records, financial account information, medical details, or other sensitive personal information.
How we use it
We use your inquiry to respond, discuss suitable services, prepare a scope of work, and maintain a record of the conversation. Consent to contact you about your inquiry does not subscribe you to unrelated marketing.
Storage and service providers
Inquiry records are stored in a private database supporting this site. Hosting and technology providers process information needed to operate the website. For online booking, Google Maps processes the listing address to verify the location and calculate driving distance. Google Fonts and Unsplash supply typography and imagery and may receive technical information when your browser loads those resources.
Payments
Next Step Forward uses Stripe to process payments. Stripe collects payment and billing details on its hosted checkout. This site does not receive or store your full card number or security code. We retain payment references, amount and currency, payment status, your booking reference, listing address, driving mileage, selected service, and any name and email supplied with the payment to reconcile your project and maintain financial records. Payment information is used for payment administration, not unrelated marketing. Stripe handles information under its privacy policy.
Your choices
You can request access, correction, or deletion of your inquiry information by submitting a request through our consultation form. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. We retain information as needed to respond to your inquiry, support a business relationship, and meet applicable obligations.

We may revise this notice as our services change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
